| CTI is the leading independent rotorblade repair company in the world. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, CTI wholly-owns operations in Winnipeg, Canada and in the UK and has joint ventures in Brazil and Singapore. CTI established the rotor blade repair business, beginning with the earliest composite rotor blade (wood blades), developing with changes in technology from metal rotor blades to all composite rotor blades. Maintaining the standards of the design authority (manufacturer) and regulatory authorities has separated CTI from the competition and led to licensing by all major helicopter manufacturers: Agusta/Westland, Bell Helicopter Textron, Eurocopter, Kazan Helicopters, MD Helicopters, Sikorsky Aircraft and Schwiezer Aircraft. CTI was sold to Sikorsky in 2006. |
