MCMC Acquires RSight

Litigation Solutions LLC, a division of MCMC LLC, announced today the acquisition of RSight Investigations, a Longwood, Florida-based investigation company. The acquired business is a regional provider of investigative and SIU services for employers, third party administrators, insurance companies, and government agencies in the insurance market in the Southeast.
“I’m very excited about the strategic expansion of our investigation division into the Southern market, as well as the opportunity to capitalize on the strong relationship we have built with Steve Cassell and the RSight management team. We all believe that the combination of these two excellent investigation service models, with proven senior leadership, will allow Litigation Solutions LLC to become a significant national player,” said Michael Lindberg, CEO MCMC/Litigation Solutions.
“RSight is a strategic fit in the ongoing expansion of Litigation Solutions LLC, MCMC’s investigative and litigation support division. Securing additional hubs in Florida and North Carolina will allow us to project our investigative services more effectively into the Southeastern US, and begin the process of expansion to the Southwest and West coast,” said Carolyn Langenohl, Sr. VP Litigation Services Operations.
“In addition to the geographic scope, RSight also enhances the SIU capabilities of our investigative division. The addition of these services, which complements our Vendor Management Program, allows us to compete nationally for outsourced SIU and investigative management programs,” according to Steve Mazefsky, Sr. VP Business Development, Litigation Services.
MCMC/Litigation Solutions are gaining the expertise of Steve Cassell, a 15 year industry veteran, together with his dynamic management team, who carry a strong reputation for excellent customer service and proven results. The RSight team brings 10 years of experience to an already solid sales and management team. Mr. Cassell will run the Southern Division while leading the expansion into the Southwest and West coast. Mr. Mazefsky and Ms. Langenohl will continue to manage the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern Regions, and expansion into the Mid-West.
