MCMC Acquires Litigations Solutions Inc.

MCMC successfully acquired Litigation Solutions Inc, an insurance service business focused on litigation support for claims investigation, surveillance case work, and medical records management. Litigation Solutions, LLC will be a division of MCMC expanding its managed service offering for insurance claims clients, utilizing outsourced solutions for managing its workers’ compensation, automotive and disability claims exposure. The senior management team and litigation service clients will continue to be managed by Litigation Solutions’ corporate office based in Pittsburgh, PA. MCMC sees this acquisition as complementary to its current managed care claims account base, offering the opportunity to continue to expand the services MCMC provides to over 300 insurance claims and risk management customers.
