Epilogue Systems LLC Acquires RESITE Software From Insite Group, Inc.

7/14/2010

Epilogue Systems has acquired the RESITE RecorderTM, RESITE PublisherTM And RESITE SPTM products from Insite Group. Epilogue will continue to develop and evolve the products, while seeking new market opportunities for automating the creation, quality assurance and distribution of enterprise software documentation.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Radnor, PA, July 14, 2010 - Epilogue Systems LLC announced today that it has acquired the RESITE software assets from Insite Group, Inc. Epilogue was formed by an affiliate of MVP Capital Partners and management to develop, market, implement and support the RESITE software. Insite Group staff members associated with these functions have joined the Epilogue team.

The RESITE software, formerly known as RESITE Recorder, RESITE Publisher and RESITE SP has been rebranded Epilogue AuthorTM, Epilogue PublisherTM and Epilogue AdvisorTM. Epilogue software automates the creation, distribution and management of end-user documentation for enterprise software systems, and is used by organizations from 200 to 150,000 employees.

“The Epilogue team has deep experience in the problem of poor documentation and its impact on multi-million dollar enterprise application investments,” said Michael Graham, CEO of Epilogue Systems. “We call this The Documentation Gap and our software plugs it quickly, easily and affordably.”

According to Ryan Northington, Partner at MVP Capital Partners, “We are extremely pleased to partner with Mike Graham and his management team to invest in the growth of the Epilogue products and the success of our customers.”

Epilogue and Insite will work closely in the marketing of Insite Group’s Insite MonitorTM, which tracks and reports on key performance information for SAPR environments. “The acquisition is exciting as it allows Epilogue to focus on the end-user documentation opportunity while we focus on performance monitoring,” said David Hall, CEO of Insite Group.
